We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The more notice you can provide, the better, as it allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another guest.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
